Across All Lands

A "war of w" they often say.
But wonder I.
Could peaceful phrases come our way?
Some dare to try.

Conversations soft and kind
And phrases fair
We'd talk of justice fair and blind
Nigh everywhere.

For everyone deserves to hear
The best of these,
Gentleness so loud and clear,
Good souls to please.

Equality should be the test
Of humankind
Of who is true and who is best
And one mind.

So let us say of one accord
Across all lands
One word, one breath, we one afford
To join all hands.
